Dell, Moser, Lane & Loughney, LLC. concentrates its practice in civil litigation. Founded in 1982, we have extensive experience handling cases involving commercial, insurance, product liability, employment, tort, civil rights, amusement and leisure, premises liability, and workers' compensation litigation on behalf of our local and national clientele. The geographic area in which we practice includes all of Western Pennsylvania, from Harrisburg to the Ohio border and from West Virginia to Erie. We also have a significant practice in West Virginia and Ohio.

Over the years, we have successfully defended numerous self-insured clients and insureds, through their insurance carriers, from a variety of tort claims arising from the common law of the various jurisdictions in which we practice. Additionally, we have represented numerous corporate clients in business and commercial litigation involving contract disputes, restrictive covenants, patent infringement, intentional interference with contractual relations, construction matters and employment discrimination.
