MARK R LANE

A graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Lane practices commercial, employment, insurance, product liability and tort litigation. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, The Association of Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia and the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section.

Mr. Lane is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He represents clients throughout the northern half of West Virginia and all of Western Pennsylvania from the West Virginia border to Erie and from Harrisburg to the Ohio border. Mr. Lane has presented lectures regarding various insurance and tort issues including insurance bad faith, product liability and premises liability.

Mr. Lane represents commercial clients in cases involving employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, trade secrets, breach of contract, unfair competition and construction disputes. He represents small and large production, manufacturing and engineering companies as well as a number of retail stores and large insurance companies. Mr. Lane has tried cases throughout Western Pennsylvania and in Northern West Virginia, and in both state and federal court.
