Michael C. Hamilton is an associate at Dell, Moser, Lane & Loughney. Mr. Hamilton is a 2001 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law, where he served on the Law Review and was the Chair of the Trial Moot Court Honor Society as well as a member of several regional and national trial teams. Before attending law school, Mr. Hamilton attended the Pennsylvania State University where he graduated, with honors, from the University Scholars Honors Program with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Mr. Hamilton concentrates his practice in the representation of national corporations, insurance carriers, third party administrators and other businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation with a particular emphasis in civil rights, personal injury and employment matters. Mr. Hamilton has appeared before nearly every local court in the western half of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hamilton has participated in appellate litigation in the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Before joining Dell, Moser, Lane & Loughney, Mr. Hamilton was an associate with Buckanan Ingersoll, P.C., Swartz Campbell, LLC and Winikoff Associates.

Mr. Hamilton is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
