William Martin is an associate at Dell, Moser, Lane & Loughney and a 2006 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law. In addition to his regular course of studies at the Law School, Mr. Martin participated in the Post-Conviction DNA clinic, which sought to use DNA evidence as a means of assisting prisoners within the Commonwealth who may have been wrongfully convicted of violent crimes. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Martin received a Bachelor of Arts with highest distinction from The Pennsylvania State University, majoring in history. Focusing his practice in the area of workers' compensation, Mr. Martin represents national corporations, insurance carriers, third-party administrators and employers. Prior to joining Dell, Moser, Lane & Loughney, Mr. Martin served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Dan R. Pellegrini of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, where he handled matters pertaining to the various administrative agencies of the Commonwealth, as well as issues of municipal law.
Mr. Martin is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts.
