Marla Stayduhar is an associate at Dell, Moser, Lane & Loughney. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2007 where she was a three time recipient of the Dean's Scholarship. Ms. Stayduhar was the Lead Research Editor for the Journal of Technology Law & Policy for which she authored an article published in the Fall 2006 edition. She also was a Teaching Assistant for Professor Ann Sinsheimer's Legal Writing Class. Ms. Stayduhar graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and in Public Relations and a minor in International Studies. As an undergraduate, Ms. Stayduhar was the recipient of several scholarships and was also a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. She studied Italian and art history abroad in Rome, Italy. While in law school, Ms. Stayduhar served as a Research Assistant for Professor John Burkoff. She was also employed as a law clerk for a boutique personal injury firm. Ms. Stayduhar is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
