Michael Tatarko, Jr. is an associate at Dell, Moser, Lane & Loughney. Mr. Tatarko is a 2009 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law. He was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing. Before attending law school, Mr. Tatarko received a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a major in Criminology/Pre-law and a minor in Economics. As an undergraduate, Mr. Tatarko was the recipient of the Provost scholarship and was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honors Fraternity. Mr. Tatarko was also a four-year letter winner for the Indiana University of Pennsylvania's baseball team and was voted captain for the 2006 season. Mr. Tatarko concentrates his practice in the representation of national corporations, insurance carriers, third party administrators and employers in the area of workers' compensation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Tatarko is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
