Practice Overview:
Tom Zumpella is a member of the firm's civil litigation practice. He has been a civil litigator for his entire career, representing numerous companies and individuals in defending personal injury claims, property damage claims, catastrophic landslides, fires, automobile accidents, UM/UIM claims, nursing home negligence, product liability claims and construction defect claims. Tom has also represented various governmental entities regarding public sector liability cases. Additionally, Tom has consulted with small businesses regarding employment issues and general commercial matters. Tom is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and has actively litigated case in a multitude of counties in both of those jurisdictions, in both state and federal court.


Background:
Tom is a graduate of Allegheny College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He practices in personal injury, property damage, product liability, tort litigation, and construction defect litigation. He is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and has represented clients in nearly every county in Western Pennsylvania, as well as multiple counties in Northern West Virginia. Tom has also presented lectures regarding various tort issues, including automobile and premises liability issues.
